What’s our motivation? Simple. We strongly believe that there is room for improvement in the transfers business. Not necessarily on the transport side of things – although things can always be improved – rather on the back office side of things.
Anyone can own a bus and transport people, however, the information process and communication with the customers is just as important.
How do we do it?
In order to offer a good transfer service there’s need for three things: good hardware (buses), good people (drivers) and good customer relations. On this island there is a lot of good hardware and people. We want to put those two things together with good customer service.
When a booking enters our system, we take care of the contact and payments with the customer. After confirmation we proceed to synchronize pick-up details with the bus operator.
Benefit
The benefits are multiple. The customer can now book a transfer and can rest assured that the jobs gets done. Additionally small operators with great hardware get to put their buses to good use.
Even tough we work with several operators, and can offer a relatively large total capacity, our mid-sized buses don’t carry more than 30 people. For example, if you book a transfer for 40 people, the group will be split and transported in two buses of 20 people.
Motor coaches
Motor coaches (buses with large seating capacity) are too big. Dealing with too many people and too much luggage results in wasting too much time, or worst, in chaos and dissatisfied customers. You’ll become a number and that’s not personable. For this reason we do NOT use motor coaches. Additionally motor coaches are way too expensive to operate. We want to keep our prices as low as possible for you, our valued costumer.
Hardware typically used for the transportation, is the island-wide popular Hyundai buses. Both the Hyundai County (maximum 24 passengers) and Hyundai H1 (maximum 12 passengers) have air conditioning. On rare occasions you can expect a Toyota Coaster 30-seater.
Clientèle
The intended client base are the ones who fall between the two categories that are well served. Couples take taxis, while large groups take the motor coaches. We focus on the middle sized groups. If your party consists of 6, 8, 10 or 14 people (or more) then you’re too big for a cab, and too small for a motor coach. Just perfect for us, though.
To cover our costs and to maintain the prices competitive we cannot accept any booking for less than five people. However, if your group is smaller than five passengers and are willing to pay the price of five passengers regardless, you can book our service and will be transported.

We’ve mentioned the words “good service” many times now, and we do so for a reason. We strongly believe in offering great customer service. We aim for that. We guarantee a twenty four hours, or less, reply time whenever you contact us. We carry BlackBerry® smartphones, which means whenever a booking enters our system we hear a signal and know it’s time get to work.

We do believe that your transfer service needs to be the least memorable part of your travel and it will be, if we do our jobs right. In case we commit an error, we’ll own it, rectify it and make sure it never happens again. Lastly, the reason we can keep our prices low is because we operate without a costly overhead and are debt-free!
