Terms & Conditions
- The transfer service takes place in Aruba, thus Aruba law is applicable.
- Either a 12-seater, 24-seater or 30-seater bus will be used to execute the service.
- All buses are insured accordingly and technically approved as mandated by local laws.
- All drivers are licensed professionals who speak English.
- In case of a technical difficulty with the bus, a replacement will be sent.
- All buses are air conditioned.
- All transfers are private, exclusively for your party.
- A minimum of five passengers are required.
- A Cancellation Policy is applicable on this service.
- Acceptance of the terms, conditions, cancellation and privacy policies is equivalent to a signature under a contract and/or credit card charge.
