1. What’s the difference between you and the other companies/services?
- Each group has its own bus (private transportation).
- We don’t use motor coaches, thus quicker departure times at the airport.
- Taxis are limited to carry only 5 passengers total.
2. Is the service private?
Yes! Your group will be transported exclusively.
3. My group is smaller than five, can I hire you?
Yes you can. Keep in mind that you will be charged for five passengers regardless. In order to cover our minimum costs it’s necessary to put a minimum. It’s not ideal, we know, but if you don’t mind the inconvenience we won’t either.
4. Can you handle a lot of luggage?
Yes we can. We have enough space. If necessary we add a luggage vehicle. If that’s not enough – if required – will even hire a truck to haul all the luggage.
5. Are you new?
We are in business now for about a year. The people behind the scenes, however, have a long track record in the hospitality industry and our partners even longer. We are committed to foment creativity and innovation, thus are willing to work with anyone new who can offer something great and new to our customers.
6. Is you booking form secure?
Yes it is. We use the latest technologies in order to send all sensitive information encrypted over the internet.
7. Are you affiliated to Aruba airport?
No. Airport Aruba Transfer is owned by HAMMOCK. We aren’t affiliated in any way to Aruba airport or the operator of the airport: Aruba Airport Authority. We just use three generic words to name this business.
