Our service is simple: we transport your party round-trip from Point A to Point B
Point A being Aruba Airport and Point B being your resort, off course. By the way, we also transport groups to other destinations outside the resort areas. Contact us for additional information.
Using the booking-form
The wheels get in motion as soon we receive your reservation request in our system. Upon reception, we verify the booking, process the payment and send you a notification e-mail with the confirmation details. Typically this will take 24 hours or less.
The confirmation details includes the information as you provided to us, payment processing confirmation and a telephone number in case of last minute changes on your part. This confirmation e-mail gives you assurance that the service will be executed as per your request and how much is charged on your credit card.
Arrival – Airport – Hotel
As soon as you exit the arrival terminal, you’ll meet one of our representatives waiting patiently, holding up a sign, identifying himself and/or asking for your name, hopefully with a smile. We’ll work on that.
Thereafter the representative escorts you towards the waiting bus right outside the terminal and helps you with the luggage, where soon after you’ll depart the airport. If everything goes according to plan, expect to pull in front of the hotel lobby within 20 or 30 minutes after departing the airport. At night time and/or during weekends you might get there a bit sooner.
Hotel – Airport – Departure
At the previously agreed time – as submitted in the booking form – our representative will be waiting outside the lobby of your hotel. A typical drive from the hotels to the airport will take up the same amount of time as mentioned above.
It’s recommended to be at least 3 hours ahead of the flight departure time at the airport.
Minimum requirements
Please take note that this service is intended for 5 passengers or more. If your party is smaller we’ll gladly transport you, however the minimum charge will be for 5 passengers.
Current per person price is $10 * each way.
